Take 900 mg per day and look for capsules that have been standardized to three percent hypericin and hyperforin. It may take several weeks before you begin to see results.

Make a cup of chamomile tea, mixed with a few tbsp. of aloe vera juice, every night before bed. Sweeten the tea with a spoonful of honey if desired. Chamomile is known for its calming effects, so it is especially good if your depression is accompanied by insomnia.
